Ready to ship orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Processing times for custom and made to order pieces will be noted in the product description, so please check before ordering.

You can select your preferred shipping courier and speed at checkout for both domestic USA and international orders. Tracking is included and your tracking number will be sent to the email address entered at checkout once your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage and I will make it right. Returns and refunds are only accepted for items that arrive in damaged condition.

Custom and made to order lockets are final sale unless they arrive damaged. Please double check all custom details before submitting your order.

Cancellations and order changes are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be in production or packed and ready to go, so changes cannot be guaranteed.

To request a cancellation or change, head to the Order Help page as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you.

If your package is returned to sender, this is a decision made by the courier, not by me. The most common reason is an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.
