Shipping policy

Ready to ship orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Processing times for custom and made to order pieces will be noted in the product description, so please check before ordering.
You can select your preferred shipping courier and speed at checkout for both domestic USA and international orders. Tracking is included and your tracking number will be sent to the email address entered at checkout once your order ships.
Once your order has been handed off to the courier, it is in their care. Any questions about a shipment in transit, delivery issues, or lost packages will need to be directed to the courier directly, as they require your personal information to assist.
